Pre-Order Terms

All TAFLEX products are currently available for pre-order only, with expected shipping in November 2025. You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund anytime before your order ships.

Once your order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

 

Returns & Exchanges (Post-Delivery)

You may return your golf bag within 30 days of delivery if it’s in:

• New and unused condition
   

• Original packaging with tags
   

• Accompanied by proof of purchase
   

Note: Custom items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Golf Bag Returns:
All golf bag returns are subject to a $50 processing and restocking fee. Return shipping is not covered.

 

Warranty

TAFLEX bags are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. If your bag arrives with an issue, we’ll repair or replace it — guaranteed.
